AROME JONAH ETUH holds a first-class bachelor’s degree and a distinction Master’s in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and Nexford University, Washington, USA, respectively. He is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He also attended the Federal Polytechnic Idah and graduated with an HND (Upper Credit) in Business Administration and Management Studies in 2001.
He started his career in 2004 with Flexo Accessories Limited as a Sales Representative, where he rose to Assistant Manager. He joined Afribank Trustees and Investment Limited in 2008 as a Senior Officer. Following the CBN intervention at Afribank, the organization changed its name from Afribank Trustees and Investment Limited to Mainstreet Trustees and Asset Management Limited. The acquisition of the parent bank, Mainstreet Bank, by Skye Bank in 2014 resulted in sales of the organization to a group of investors, which changed its name to Greenwich Trustees Limited. He has had a ten-year stint in Business Development, Capital/ Money market Operations, Compliance, Research, and Strategy within the organization, where he rose to the position of Head, Research and Strategy. He was also saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring that fund managers comply with the trust deeds of collective investment schemes to which the organization acted as trustee.
His passion for Assurance, Taxation, and financial advisory services informed his decision to quit his job in 2018 for an Audit firm. He worked with Macaulay Okotie and Co (Chartered Accountants), a reporting accountant as an Auditor and compliance Officer. He also worked briefly with other audit firms.
Before joining Torch Asset Management Limited in 2025, he had worked with Noah’s Ark Communication Limited as a Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Olumide Onakoya, a seasoned professional with a background in chemical engineering, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in corporate governance from his distinguished career.
He was appointed Chairman/Managing Director of Mobil Oil Nigeria in 2004, becoming the first Nigerian to lead the multinational in 100 years of its presence in Nigeria. Prior to the appointment, he had business leadership roles as Chairman/Managing Director in ExxonMobil affiliates in Ethiopia, Ghana and Zimbabwe.
His impressive achievements, notably during his tenure at Mobil Oil Nigeria, include making history in 1992 as the first Nigerian to receive the Mobil Oil Nigeria Chairman’s Award for his stewardship of the Mobil House Head Office and Mobil Court Residential Projects including Facilities Management of both key assets.
Under Mr. Onakoya’s leadership, Mobil Oil Nigeria underwent a successful transformation, becoming one of the most efficient and profitable companies on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. Notably, the company received “The Best Company of the Year” award in 2005.
Mr. Onakoya retired voluntarily in 2008 after 31 years of service and a seamless succession plan with another Nigerian taking over the baton of leadership. He maintains an active life in retirement supporting industry, academic communities, professional organisations and youth empowerment.

Adewale, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a full member of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), United Kingdom, with practical experience in finance & accounting, funds & portfolio management, consulting & advisory, developmental financing, project management, and public financial management
He has over 17 years working experience in the financial market and consulting subsectors with various blue-chip firms, such as Crossworld Securities, Oceanic Bank International Plc. (Ecobank Nigeria Plc.), Oceanic Capital Plc., Lead Capital Plc., PwC Nigeria, SAO Capital, UTL Trustees, and GTI Asset Management & Trust Limited.
He was one of the few financial analysts in Nigeria that got the Bloomberg Philanthropies full sponsorship for financial management training by Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, South-Africa in collaboration with Lagos Business School (LBS) in 2018.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics, from University of Ilorin, with Second Class (Upper Division); He is also a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria (FIMC) and a CFA Investment Foundation Certificate Holder. He currently finished his online MBA program in Finance & Investment at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria.
Prior to joining Torch Asset Management Limited, as the pioneer MD/CEO, he was the Managing Director/CEO for GTI Asset Management & Trust Limited. He also served as the pioneer Ag MD for UTL Asset Management Limited (UTLAM), and the Head of Funds & Investment Operations for UTL Trust Management Services Limited (UTL Trustees).

Dr. Adegbami is a multidisciplinary professional with deep exposure and background in Accountancy, Banking, Management, Economics and Law. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Mainstreet Microfinance Bank. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Fellow of National Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) and member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria.
He holds HND in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State and MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. He is a member of the Professional Managers Association, UK, with the qualification of a Professional Diploma in Organizational Transformation. Adegoke holds L.L. B. (Hons.) and MSc. in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria. He holds BSc in Economics from Lead City University, Ibadan. He also holds a Doctor of Leadership Degree in Finance from Azteca University, Mexico and a PhD in Credit Management from the International University, Panama. He is an alumnus of Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Turin, Italy and the School of African Microfinance, Mombasa, Kenya. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Executive Education Program, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Executive Program in Sustainable Finance and Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University) Senior Management Program.
Adegoke has attended Risk Management Program of Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Washington DC, USA. He is an alumnus of the Africa Board Fellowship Program in Governance. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators- AICMC. He is a prolific writer and author with many titles to his credit. He is a 2016 winner of “The African Prize for Leadership Excellence”, “Best Microfinance CEO” 2019, and “Banking CEO of the Year” 2020. Dr. Adegbami is the Chairman of the National Association of Microfinance Banks, Lagos State Chapter, where he previously served as General Secretary and Vice Chairman at different times. He sits on Boards of companies in different sectors of the economy, including Banking, Asset Management, Fintech, Real Estate, Agriculture and Hospitality.

Ms. Omamegbe is an accomplished leader with a proven track record spanning over two decades across Research and Data Analysis, Treasury and Financial Institutions, Commercial and Corporate Banking, Financial Advisory, Planning and Management, Oil and Gas. Excelling in business development, crafting effective strategies, transaction origination and execution, leading successful teams to driving sustainable financial and organizational growth. Possessing exceptional analytical prowess, financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to organizational excellence.
She started her career as a Research Fellow with the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture – IITA Ibadan. She switched to the Banking Industry when she joined Citizens International Bank in 2002. Over about two decades, Starting as an Assistant Banking Officer in Citizens International Bank, has worked in strategic roles including Treasury Sales, Capital Market, Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking and Business Development in Spring Bank Nigeria Plc, Afribank Plc, Mainstreet Bank, Skye Bank Limited and Polaris Bank where she rose to the level of a General Manager and a Group Head, overseen more than 8 branches with over 150 staff in Lagos. She left Polaris Bank in 2022, moving to Emco Oilfield Services Limited as an Executive Director. She has proven records in Strategic Leadership and Team Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Advanced Business and Financial Analysis, Proficient Market Research and Analysis, Financial Advisory and Management, Exceptional Business and Personal Communication, Advanced Network Building and Relationship Management, Sound Risk Management, Client Acquisition and Retention Abilities
Chioma hold BSc and Msc in Statistics from the University of Ibadan.

Mr. Afolabi holds a Bsc in Economics, from University of Jos, 1991. Msc in Economics, University of Ibadan, 1995. M.A in International Law and Diplomacy, University of Jos, 2002.
He is a General Manager in the Dangote Group where he currently working in Dangote Cement Group. Earlier, he has worked for about a decade in the Group Chief Operating Officer’s office of Dangote Group. He has over 30 years cognate experience in banking & conglomerate and about two Decades of exposure at top management level. Prior to joining Dangote Group, he was at Afribank Nigeria Plc (Now Polaris Bank) with desk-on experience in: Banking operations, Credits & Marketing, Control and Inspection, Budget, Planning and served two (2) consecutive Group CEOs back-to back as Personal Assistant before leaving in 2010. Oladayo holds BSc. in Economics from University of Jos, MSc. in Petroleum Economics from University of Ibadan and M.A. in International Law and Diplomacy from University of Jos.
He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Nigerian Economic Society (NSE).
Over the years, Mr. Afolabi has demonstrated excellence and strength in the areas of Strategy and Change Management, Policy Analysis and Problem Solving, Business Process Reengineering, Business Negotiation, Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, Credit Policy Management, Risk Management, Deposit Mobilization and Targets achievement, Management Establishment and Branch Expansion.
Ms. Nathalie Masirika is the Director of Operations at SMICO SA, a leading microfinance bank headquartered in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo. She brings over 18 years of extensive experience in the microfinance sector, including more than a decade in senior management roles. She possesses strong expertise in strategy development, product innovation, savings and credit portfolio management, operational oversight, and team leadership. Throughout her career, Ms. Masirika has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and deliver ambitious growth and performance objectives.
Prior to joining SMICO SA in June 2020, she spent 14 years at HEKIMA SA, where she held progressively senior positions, including Loan Officer, Credit Supervisor, Internal Control Officer, Head of Management Information Systems (MIS), and ultimately Director of Operations. Her career trajectory reflects a strong track record of leadership, operational excellence, and sustained institutional growth.
Ms. Masirika holds a State Diploma in Social Sciences and Technology from COMPLEXE SCOLAIRE SUKA-LAPEREAUX in Bukavu (2006), and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Financial Management, and Accounting from the University of CEPROMAD, Bukavu (2012). In 2024, she further strengthened her strategic expertise by earning a Certification in Strategy from HEC Paris, France, qualifying her as a Strategy Expert.
She has also completed numerous high-level professional trainings and certifications, both locally and internationally. Notably, she attended the Boulder Institute of Microfinance in Turin, Italy, with a focus on Management and Leadership. Her additional certifications include Time Management and Work Organization (Academy Germano-Congolais), Executive Leadership and Top Executive Programs (H&C Executive Education), Project Management (Cambridge Center – Accra), MSME Credit Management (FPM SA), Risk Management and Digital Transformation (HELIX / Online Finance Institute), as well as several programs with MDF Central Africa and ADA, including digitalization and risk management. She has also participated in key industry events such as the African Microfinance Week in Addis Ababa.
